Outside of attending and serving at one of our campuses, Tradewinds offers an immersive training program: a 5-9 month Apprenticeship program.

- Heart (character and accountability through mentorship)
- Head (knowledge and understanding through bible study, book club, and discussions)
- Hands (application and first hand experiences through working with our church staff)
- Discovery tools to help you gain clarity on your calling
- Called to Leadership Ministry- whether full-time, bi-vocational, or as a volunteer, you desire to serve and invest in the local or global church.
- Growth Mindset- practically, personally, and spiritually, you are eager to learn and to pursue healing, freedom, and mentorship.
- Flexible- Anyone who has been involved in church ministry can tell you, it requires flexibility! You are ready to test and grow your ability to not only physically go with the flow but also in heart and attitude.
