Tradewinds Church is committed to investing in and training up leaders!

Outside of attending and serving at one of our campuses, Tradewinds offers two immersive training programs: a 10 week Summer Internship program and a 9 month Apprenticeship program.

  • 3 church campuses to learn from and serve with
  • Holistic training centered around: 
    • Heart (character and accountability through mentorship)
    • Head (knowledge and understanding through bible study, book club, and discussions)
    • Hands (application and first hand experiences through working with our church staff)
  • Discovery tools to help you gain clarity on your calling
  • Called to Leadership Ministry- whether full-time, bi-vocational, or as a volunteer, you desire to serve and invest in the local or global church.
  • Growth Mindset- practically, personally, and spiritually, you are eager to learn and to pursue healing, freedom, and mentorship.
  • Flexible- Anyone who has been involved in church ministry can tell you, it requires flexibility! You are ready to test and grow your ability to not only physically go with the flow but also in heart and attitude.

Summer Internship

This program is geared towards people who are just starting to discover their potential in the Kingdom. As you shadow our staff members and serve in our churches and community, you will learn more about the specific ways God created you to operate and in what contexts you thrive. As you engage in bible studies, book clubs, and mentorship, you will have the opportunity to create a strong foundation of character and understanding to build your future endeavors upon. You will receive valuable training and the community support you need to transform lives – starting with your own.

Fall/Spring Apprenticeship

This program is geared towards those who are pursuing staff/leadership roles in the church. This program will offer you hands-on experience in your department(s) of choice. The goal is at the end of the program you will take on a staff/leadership role at a church. We like to think of it as a L.A.U.N.C.H. P.A.D.-
Leaders seeking Accountability, Understanding,
Nurturing, Clarity and Healing to Produce fruit 
Abide in Christ and Disciple others.
