Whether visiting for the 1st time or for the 100th, we want everyone to feel God’s love. It’s critical for people to feel they belong. We want them to know they are loved and accepted. This team all about breaking out the red carpet for our 1st time guests so that they have an incredible experience.

If you have a passion for seeing people connect with God through music and have musical or singing gifts, the worship band might be a good fit for you. Worshiping God through music is an integral part of what we do to honor Him and show how much we love and appreciate Him. 

The Hospitality team loves people. Whether it’s feeding them donuts or pancakes, coffee, tea, or just greeting them with a friendly smile and good conversation, the goal is to make people feel welcome and accepted.

Our Food Pantry is helping meet the physical needs of our community every week. Every Saturday from 10-11AM, our community can come to our Soquel location and get free food to feed their family. Volunteers arrive at 9AM to help set up. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

We rely heavily on volunteers to help with office tasks. From special events like our yearly Christmas Outreach to helping weekly to prepare for our Sunday services, there are many of ways to get plugged in throughout the week.

The sound + slides team is responsible for making sure the worship and teaching is heard and seen by all. It’s a practical and easy way to serve for people who understand technology. We’ll teach you so don’t feel like you need to be an expert.

Kids and Youth are a major focus here at Tradewinds. We love our kids and want to create a safe and fun place for them to grow up and learn about God! We are passionate about helping them find and follow Jesus. We do this in fun and interactive ways. 

A lot of work goes into getting ready for our Sunday services and keeping our campuses running. It takes a team of dedicated volunteers to make it happen.

Just sign up or talk to a campus pastor. We have so many different ways for you to get involved depending on what time and day or availability. Even serving just once per month for an hour or two makes a huge difference! 

Creating an environment of safety is critical, so anyone who wants experience the blessing of teaching and serving the next generation must go through a process that involves and (1) an application, (2) an interview and (3) a live-scan fingerprint background check. If you are interested, please talk with a teacher or someone on our kids staff!
