Devotional Thought

You’ve made it through Week 3 — a week all about noticing and following the Holy Spirit. You’ve practiced talking to God, listening, and learning to let His presence guide your day.

This isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s about learning to pay attention, to notice when God is nudging you, comforting you, or giving you wisdom. Some days it feels obvious, other days subtle—but it’s always real.

Galatians 5:25 says, “Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” You’re not trying to figure it all out on your own. God is walking with you, teaching you, and shaping your life.

Today is about pausing: reflecting on where you’ve seen God this week, noticing how He’s been at work in you, and sharing that with someone you trust.

Head – Heart – Hands Reflection

HEAD — What did I learn about God?

• What moment this week stood out to you?

• What did you discover about listening to God?

HEART — What is God speaking to me?

• When did you sense God’s presence or peace?

• What stirred or encouraged you?

HANDS — What are my next steps?

• Which practice from this week do you want to keep doing?

• What next step is God nudging you to take?

Practice for Today

Grab a friend or your Anchor Group and share:

1. One way you noticed God this week

2. One area where He’s shaping or stretching you

3. One step you want to take next

Then pray for each other. Nothing complicated—just real, honest sharing.
